  • Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Sessions focus on understanding your goals, exploring what’s bringing you in, and supporting growth in a way that feels grounded and supportive

  • Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes. Initial intake sessions are 60 minutes to allow for comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Session frequency is discussed collaboratively and may change over time based on your needs.

  • I integrate EMDR when appropriate, along with concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Treatment is always tailored to each client. I take a curious, collaborative approach—helping you explore patterns, values, and internal experiences with openness and compassion. I often ask reflective and insight-oriented questions to deepen understanding, and at times may be direct in naming themes or offering perspective, always with care and respect. Together, we focus on helping you move toward choices and changes that feel aligned with who you are and how you want to live.

  • EMDR is a specialized, evidence-based treatment that requires additional training, preparation, and careful pacing to support safety and effectiveness. EMDR may be offered to Colorado residents via secure telehealth when clinically appropriate.

  • At this time, I offer virtual sessions only.

    After your message, I will return your call for a 10-minute consultation to determine whether my services are a good fit for your needs. During this call, we’ll briefly discuss your concerns and next steps. If appropriate, you’ll receive access to intake paperwork and we’ll schedule your initial intake appointment.
