    Anxiety & Depression

You may feel constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, or weighed down by persistent worry, self-criticism, or low mood. Therapy can help uncover what’s driving these patterns and support you in building a more grounded relationship with yourself.

    Grief & Loss

Grief does not follow a timeline—and it can show up in many forms, including the loss of a loved one, a relationship, an identity, or a version of life you expected. I offer a supportive space to process loss with compassion and care, without pressure to “move on.”

    Life Transitions

Change can be disorienting, even when it’s chosen. I support clients navigating transitions such as career shifts, relationship changes, adulthood milestones, relocation, or periods of uncertainty—helping you regain clarity and confidence as you move forward.

    Trauma & Unresolved Experiences

Many clients carry the impact of experiences that continue to shape how they feel, relate to others, or see themselves. Healing looks different for everyone, and therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and readiness.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, and in some cases, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) may be used as part of treatment when it feels like a good fit for the client and the work we’re doing together.

    Identity, Race, & Self-Esteem

I am especially passionate about working with adults exploring racial identity, self-worth, and how lived experiences shape their sense of belonging. Therapy offers space to reflect, process, and reconnect with your authentic self in a way that feels affirming and culturally responsive.

    Relationships & Family Dynamics

Many individuals find themselves navigating patterns shaped by family relationships, past dynamics, or current relational stress. In individual therapy, we explore how these experiences impact boundaries, communication, self-trust, and emotional well-being—without engaging in couples or family therapy.
